Shipping Availability

Many items on our site are "In Stock" and ready to ship. Some items may be either temporarily out-of-stock, not available for shipment until a specific release date, or require extra time for assembly or other adjustments. For more information, please read details below.

In-Stock Items

You will be charged for the item(s) as soon as your order is completed. We will then locate the item(s) in our warehouse and ship to your verified address.

Advanced Sale and Temporarily Out-Of-Stock Items

These refer to items not currently in stock, but have been or will be ordered shortly. Item(s) will be shipped directly to you once they are in stock. You will be notified of the status of your order by phone, text, or e-mail. You will not be charged for any item(s) until Leader Mobility has it in stock.

Shipping Processing Time (Over-sized Items)

Shipping is free within the 48 Contiguous United States. You can expect your order to arrive within 14 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal or national holidays.

Over-sized items are sent via freight trucking company. The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a minimum of a four hour time-frame for the delivery, and an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign for the delivery. The item(s) will be delivered to your verified, designated shipping address. The freight delivery company is not responsible for unloading the item(s) from the truck or carrying the item(s) into the property. Your package is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help unload the item(s) from the truck.

The free delivery charge does not include inside delivery, removal of cartons, or any minimal assembly. When you order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton, as well as, any contents for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipping. It is normal for the carton to show some wear. However, if some damage did occur, follow these steps:

* Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt.

* Sign and date the shipping receipt.

* Instruct the delivery person to sign and date the shipping receipt and leave a copy for your records.

* Contact Leader Mobility immediately by phone, 1(800) 962-0098, or e-mail, support@leadermobility.com. Please state your name, number, and the nature of the damage.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal

For your security, we may ship to an alternate address, but there are some restrictions. When shipping to an alternate address, we verify the order manually. The verification process can typically be completed within 1 business day, however, to avoid shipping delays we recommend scheduling shipments to your billing address to expedite the processing. Please contact your credit card company to update your phone number if you believe the correct number may not be on file.

Debit Cards:

We are unable to ship orders placed by debit cards to an alternate address.
